Zaila Avant-garde Got Grit

Zaila is a basketball & spelling phenom.  She is the Scripps National Spelling Bee winner and holder of three Guinness World Records for basketball. Zaila talks to Phoebe Robinson about practicing for years to accomplish these goals. She amazes that audience while she spells a series of words while dribbling multiple basketballs, plus she gets a surprise from the great Bill Murray. Zaila receives a scholarship to Sports Academy!

The Mindset of a Champion |Carson Byblow |TEDxYouth@AASSofia

 Carson Byblow is a 5th grade student who goes to the Anglo American School of Sofia in Bulgaria. He was born in Belgrade, Serbia but is from Canada.  Carson loves to play football, basketball and hangout with his friends and family. He speaks a little of Bulgarian and is fluent in English. He wrote his talk about growth and fixed mindsets because he has struggled with for his long life of ten years. This talk was given at a TEDx event.
